Hi Families,
The Blue & Gold Banquet is just 8 days away! If you haven’t already signed up, please do so since we’ll need an accurate headcount to buy the hamburgers and hot dogs. I’ve attached a map for anyone who is visiting the Scout camp for the first time. There is a large parking lot and a short walk to the dining hall (MAP BELOW)
Also, please remember this exciting event takes the place of our February Pack meeting.

Pack 197 will provide Hamburgers and Hot Dogs (plus vegetarian and gluten-free options) for dinner. We are asking each family to bring at least one food/supply item from the signup sheet below. Additionally, a few volunteers are needed to help with the event.

Allergy Info: Please ensure that any food items you are bringing to the banquet do not contain peanuts or tree nuts. Please check all labels for those ingredients and/or risk of cross-contamination. If your family has any other food allergies/preferences that we should be aware of, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate them.
